Because something does not exist as a legal entity does not lead to
this wild flights of fancy you are insisting on continuing with.

No, it doesn't.  But like I said in my post, this is irrelevant. The
FACT is that one CAN protect your trademark under the law EVEN WITHOUT
having to register a domain name, or hold that domain name.

Do you dispute that?

Because that was the point that was being discussed.  Wild flights of
fancy getting off topic and bringing in irrelevant arguments will not
distract us from that point, which I was addressing to Joanna's
argument.
