Aha!!  But the sublists are illegitimate and any consensus need to be on the
main GA list.  Truly it's a Catch-22.

LOL Eric.  It's a bootstrapping problem.  Even "smart" people don't get it.

Thanks but it won't work.  The whole GA really needs to vote on my proposal
which is on the main GA list.
