That's your personal opinion.  But it has no legitimacy with the DNSO
Secretariat or within the GA generally.  You can change that by generating
support for your ideas.

I am strongly in favour of your suggestion that all mail should appear on
[ga-full].  This is a simple matter to arrange.  All we need to do is
subscribe {ga-full] to all of the sublists.  It would create a set of
*virtual* constituencies which I suggested when I stood for election as
Alternate Chair.

What you don't appreciate is how hard such a thing is to arrange.  It is a
Catch-22 situation.  The DNSO Secretariat will not accept any request for
changes without GA consensus and we cannot get consensus with so many people
deliberately wrecking the system.
