You are absolutely correct. Nothing about a TLD Operator's personality or
style as you put it have anything to do with it.  Glad you clarified that
for us William, now hopefully ICANN will understand that they should stop
making judgements about who is getting a new tld to run strictly because
they don't like their style. Non-Conformists have achieved more for the
common good throughout history than have conformists.
