I visited the RealNames temprary office at the ICANN conference in
Melbourne.  The people there took great trouble to explain their key word
system to me.  I would rather not regurgitate it as I am sure I will not do
it justice.  RealNames has also issued a technical paper and they kindly
gave me a copy.

My understanding is that they are quite willing to explain what they are
doing.  I have some business cards and could ask further if people are
interested.
