I see little value in postings from those on the ICANN payroll who drop ship
purported ICANN position and policy statements on this lists, then attach a
disclaimer stating they only speak in a personal non-ICANN related capacity.
The view from here is that ICANN has become so duplicitous and shady in it's
dealings, that the only way the GA can find out what is really going on is
to hang around waiting for small scraps of gossip to be thrown into the mix
by those close to the decision makers. No thanks. It's demeaning. The
general public deserve better and some of us have taken a step forward to
get it.
