  That's right.  Not only that they have a responsibility to speak out
to a certain degree IMHO.  Mambers of this assembly are
speaking out collectively in the direction a rebid vote
by this assembly.  That is a very constructive and productive
thing.

  I respectfully disagree to a degree with you here Joanna.  Indeed
Jamies rebid motion it about replacing ICANN in it's present form
and of it's present BOD and staff members in particular.  The Rebid
vote is about this ICANN BOD and staff's failure to provide for
real stakeholder/user active participation in the Policy making
for the Internet...  This Rebid vote is about many other problems
and issues that are too long to list in a single post...
