Danny, thanks for the post. You are quite right that the Transfer TF has
been quiet... but I believe that is changing. I will post a draft
questionnaire for outreach, which we will need help from the GA on... I hope
to get it cleaned up for comment and posted tonight.

When can we expect to see the Transfers Task Force making some progress?  In

the last month there have only been three comments posted to your TF list
and 
I see little indication that there is any forward movement at all.  

Registrants are counting on you to resolve the issue.
