Joop and all assembly members,

  It seems that this dialogue is getting away form the central issue or solution
to these problems.  That is, online participation.  With online real time
participation that is two way, Travel costs and other losses of potential
revenue become greatly reduced.  It seems to me that this is where the
emphasis should be placed.
