Re: [ga] Suspension of Voting Rights


The DNSO is a Cost Center. It was suppose to provide *advice* to the BoD.
The BoD should provide a budget to this GA for the Chairs travel to the BoD
meetings, for Working Groups and Mail Lists, to be able to respond to
requests from our BoD.

In normal corporate activity, division funding comes from the top, not the
bottom. Also, only profit centers are expected to contribute revenue. I am
not aware that the DNSO has been designated a profit center. If it has, then
I have some serious reservations.
