I think Eric's suggestion has great merit.  I highly recommend that those
interested in either side of the discussion do just as he recommends.
Otherwise, the tailspin will continue and this discussion list will nauseate
rather than facilitate.  As it stands, there is a lot of noise, bad feeling,
and innuendo with very little substance from either side of the issue.  I
urge those who are interested to seriously consider Eric's suggestions.
