Eric and all remaining assembly members,

  Any method of banning is of course, both inappropriate and inconsiderate
with respect to the the White Paper and the MoU, not to mention a
critical stamp on free speech rights.

  Using the questionably legitimate "List Rules" in the manner in which
has been done in the past and seemingly still is flagrant, it is of course
understandable that in doing so, opposition voices cannot be adequate,
if at all heard without being silenced or in other ways diminished inappropriately,
as you rightly indicate below in your comments, Eric.  Many of us in the past
(Circa, July 2000) learned that the DNSO had become an instrument of
those on the ICANN BoD that had a particular political position that they
wanted to be predominant by any means, ligitimate/appropriate or otherwise.
You have recently seen here yourself, another possible demonstration of
such.
