  Very true.  And sadly, the alternative has been an excuse or prelude
to engaging in SELECTIVE CENSORSHIP for politically expedient
purposes.  It unfortunately and sadly seems this terrible practice is
still prevalent.

  Indeed it is precious and as such has been terribly abused by the practice
of implementing Rules that were, as you no implemented illegitimately from
a vote that was fraudulent.
