Everyone,

I can also confirm this. In fact, I already have.

<< All,

Recently Harald Alvestrandt suggested that several of our members
did not exist due to a challenge levied through some questionable rules
imposed on members of this Assembly by Harald Alvestrand, Roberto
Gaetano and supposedly the DNSO NC. After some careful review
and additional information that is and has been readily available for
their review, we (Members of INEGroup) have steadfastly refused to
provide the suggested information over the internet per Haralds
suggested request as a matter of safety and concern due to identity
theft and privacy reasons. We provided through myself and James Touton.
They were scoffed at and basically considered not reasonable by Mr.
Harald Alvestrand and it seems the whole ICANN Board despite
profuse pleas and suggestions from myself, as spokesman, James
Touton, Bob Davis, David Jenson, Joe Baptista, and Dillon Marshall.
After these pleas and suggestions, James Touton, Bob Davis,
and David Jenson, david Jenson were denied the right to post or
participate in the discussions and debates on the DNSO GA
mailing list. We believe this was both wrong and done so without
just cause. I there fore site from the U.S. web site for the
FTC see" Http://www.ftc.gov (See Below) the concerns to
which we found this perpetration upon our persons and privacy
 to the extreme.

Further David Jenson and Dillon Marshall both called Harald
Alvestrand by phone at 47 92 84 49 07, which was the phone number
he provided and attempted to resolve and verify the identities of
Bob Davis and James Touton. Neither David nor Dillon were sure
that this was indeed Harald Alvestrand, but assumed that he said he
was whom he said he was. These conversations were of course
recorded upon my and James Touton insistence and done over
a secure phone line. Mr. Alverstrand was rude to both individuals
and acted in a suspicious manor when speaking to them. He
 had a heavy european accent.

Additionally I, James and Bob suggested and requested of Mr.
Alverstrand the he provide a secure link by which the suggested,
but not required information in the form he wanted, be provided
so as to potentially meet his suggested request. To date, he has
not provided for this security. In addition the ICANN/DNSO
does not have a stated privacy statement or policy that is known
or listed on the DNSO web site at this time or to date.

James Touton and Bob Davis also provided alternative forms
of expectable identification (PGP keys and S/Mime as well
and listings or their basic background. All of which were refused
 or refuted by Mr. Alvestrand.

Given the above situation outline we INEGroup members beseech
the FTC to intercede with all due haste in this matter as we believe
that due to certain other statements and actions engaged in by
Mr. Alvestrand leads us to believe that a potential for criminal
activity may be present in this situation.

Further details of some of what has transpired and mentioned in
some detail above can be found in the ICANN/DNSO's GA
mailing list at: http://www.dnso.org/archives.html and specifically
 at: http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/ga/Arc03/maillist.html

I await your prompt and considerate reply Mr. Donohue.

 ===========================================================
the following excerpt for the FTC site:

 http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2000/02/idtheft.htm

o To best protect against becoming an ID theft victim, the agency
 gives the following guidance:

Be careful about giving out your personal information. For example,
don't give out personal identifying information
(SSN, date of birth, mother's maiden name)to someone over the
phone (or the Internet) when you haven't initiated the transaction.
And don't carry your Social Security card (or your children's
     SSNs)in your wallet.

Put passwords (NOT your mother's maiden name) on credit card
and bank accounts, to make it harder for an ID thief to make
changes to, or "takeover," your account.

Order your credit reports once a year from each of the three
national credit bureaus. That way you're likely to catch any
identity theft before it gets out of hand -- and not when
you're waiting for a mortgage application to be approved.
