[ga-full] Re: Abuse complaint registered to:Re: [ga] Re: Another DNSO web page lacuna

Joe,

I can appreciate you position here. However it is well known that
hither to for believed "nettiquette" practices really no longer apply
as made plainly evident in the U.S. Governments anti trust case
with Microsoft. So I must on a legal basis alone disagree with your
assessment. I thank you for your concern, but unfortunately cannot
find myself or any of our members in agreement with it.

As for the "Rules" that are currently being attempted to be enforced
or imposed upon the assembly members without a clear mandate, we
also have openly stated as did others, some of which have sense
left the assembly in disgust and dismay, find that they (Rules) are
not legitimate and therefore cannot be considered reasonable or
serious. We believe as the DNSO list archives show, that they
were contrived in an concerted effort to SELECTIVELY
CENSOR certain individuals or assembly members from expressing
their views and sharing their ideas on matters of substance.
