[ga-abuse] [Admin] Warning

unfortunately, the complaint is correct with respect to the
sentences "Kent Crispin has a habit of falsifying posts and is
comfortable doing this publicly." - and -
"we may watch him go to court for falsifying documents, etc."

Even if you were referring to the Jeff Williams impersonation,
the allegation that he may falsify "documents, etc." and has
a "habit" of falsifying posts is a personal attack which is
over the line. You are also implying that Kent may falsify
mails from Karl (Auerbach) and Andy (Müller-Maguhn). Please
be warned that such personal attacks are not welcome on the
list and, if continued, may lead to a temporary suspension of
posting rights.

There are lots of personal distastes and dislikes in the ICANN
area, but if everyone feels justified to make personal attacks,
the GA will achieve nothing. Nobody is warned or suspended for
reporting facts (such as the Jeff Williams impersonation) or
having an opinion (such as criticizing Kent Crispin's appointment).
Questioning Kent's technical skills may equally be on topic
(since this is what he was appointed for). But you are making
strong allegations about someone's future behaviour which have
a defamatory effect. Please refrain from doing so in the future.
