[council] Announcement: UDRP provider in the Asia Pacific Region

ICANN announced today the addition of a new UDRP provider based in the Asia
Pacific Region. The announcement also thanks e-Resolution, which ceased
operations last week for economic reasons, for its involvement in the
formative years of the UDRP program, and wishes it success in pursuing its
