I think it very noble of you to withdraw the remarks you made at the January
meeting about another member of the NC.

In response to a comment from another NC member, I believe the correct
procedure for this would be:
- the remarks REMAIN in the summary of the January meeting (for accuracy)
- the fact the they have been subsequently withdrawn is recorded alongside
them.

This procedure will ensure consistency with an audio recording once one is
established.
