happy to partake in the update on the review committee, I prepared
and and will forward to the council tomorrow the draft circulated for
comment to the nc-review list late last night.
With
regards to the IDN issue, if we're putting it on the agenda, I"d like to suggest
we have someone from the ietf working groups on idn address the group as well,
if possible.

be happy to report back; but I think the topic is really a "Report of the
Budget Committee" and not "The NSI Initiative" (If I were to report on
the later, all I could say is that there have been no contributions to
match).
