[council] BC Meeting in Yokohama (Rooms secured on July 13)

Dear Hiro,

This is only to confirm my previous message given to DNSO Secretariat, the
Business Constituency will meet on 13th July in the afternoon
2:00 pm - 5:30 pm

We would need a room for about 60 people.
Thank you ever so much for all the effort in organising these meetings.
