RE: [council] DNSO meetings in Yokohama



Thanks, Hiro!  It seems we have a volunteer to serve as the DNSO's
scheduling coordinator.

The following DNSO groups need to determine meeting space requirements, and
to communicate them to Hiro.  Hiro can then work with Masa and Yumi to make
appropriate arrangements.

  - DNSO Names Council (room for ~150, with 19-seat table)
  - DNSO GA (same room as NC)
  - DNSO Constituencies (7 rooms;  sizes ranging from 15 to 100)
  - DNSO Working Groups B, C, and E

The scheduling constaints are as follows:

 - Friday, 14 July:  Open
          (main auditorium needed for technical set-up)
 - Saturday, 15 July:  ICANN Public Forum (all day)
          (main auditorium)
 - Sunday, 16 July:  ICANN Board meeting (morning)
          (main auditorium)
 - Monday, 17 July:  Open
