RE: [council] Names Council November 2nd Meeting in LA.DOC

Caroline,

Your proposal is OK for me, and I do not believe anybody from the NC
may rise objections. I completed requested email addresses
(and will generate then in a while), and put it into nice
HTML format on:
     http://www.dnso.org/dnso/notes/19991111.DNSO-GAchair-nominations.html
(I also updated our timeworld.html, local time in other places,
-- in case we have real time voters between Seattle and Melbourne
it makes 18 hours of difference now, it was only 17 last October ...)

As we lost three days work on hostile attacks, I would suggest to
post it immediately. All dates were known to the GA since November 2,
when I posted NCtelecon minutes:
     http://www.dnso.org/dnso/notes/19991027.NCtelecon-minutes.html

Anyway, if the NC needs to extend time, it is possible.
One important information: the ga@dnso.org list will be interrupted
for 2 weeks, starting Dec 18, ending January 2. For security reasons.

Kind regards,
Elisabeth
