Dennis and Amadeu,

I also support this very strongly. Perhaps mistakenly, I thought this was
an obligation (see Article 6 section 2 of the ICANN bylaws).

Since there is little likelihood of the Latin America/Caribbean region
having a director elected to the board in either the PSO or the ASO,
it is important that this opportunity be open in the DNSO.

I supoport that. And I am afraid tht the ˇcitizenship" requiremnt when
regarding Board Directors is very unlikely to be softened in any
occasion....
