I tried to take into account contributions from Don Telage,
Ken Stubbs, Caroline Chicoine and Theresa Swinehart
and figure out:
    - the generall pattern for GA and NC meetings
      (putting each of them in half a day)
    - then the generall pattern for ICANN meetings in LA
Please comment. I may have forgotten important items
overestimate or underestimate time ...

           (Rules from Section 2(b))
           "Any reports or recommendations presented to the NC
            by such bodies [WG's, drafting commitees] shall be 
            posted on a web site accessible by the public for 
            public review and comment; absent clear justification, 
            which shall be publicly stated at the time of any action, 
            the NC shall not act on any report or recommendation 
            until a reasonable time for public comment has passed 
            and the NC has reviewed and evaluated all public
            comments received. The NC is responsible for ensuring 
            that all responsible views have been heard and 
            considered prior to a decision by the NC."
      (3) Proposals to be submitted to the ICANN Board
          NC determines (Rules from Section 2(d)) if the DNSO
          process has produced a community consensus.
      (4) Creation of new WG-s (if necessary), appointment
          of Supervisory Chairs.

      Protocol Supporting Organization.

    * Report from the GAC meeting

 Wednesday:

  Morning and Afternoon
    * ICANN Open Meeting (public session with the ICANN Board of Directors).

 Thursday:

  Morning
    * Meeting of the ICANN Board of Directors.
    * ICANN Press conference.
