It only takes one person to raise awareness of an issue for it be open for
analysis.  The spotlight at this time is the productivity and effectiveness
of the GA.  It has been suggested recalling the Chair with more effective
facilitation will address this issue.  Personally, I only see that happening
if we get the right person into the position.  The GA may even end up worse
off otherwise.

If you don't see the current effectiveness and productivity of the GA as an
issue and consider the GA is actually fulfilling all requirements then you
would obviously not see any value in this agenda item.  If you do see the
same issues as I do, you may have alternative solutions.  I would be
interested in viewing them.  At this time, replacing the Chair is attractive
to me.
