[wg-review] Interim Chair

Dear WG-members,  I call your attention to the need for a working Chair for
this WG.  As our current Chair has not been able to participate for some
time now, it is incumbent upon us to move forward nonetheless.  I propose
that we allow the individual that was the next runner-up (Sotiris) to
function as our Chair.  I have recopied the election results found at
http://www.dnso.org/wgroups/wg-review/Arc02/msg01347.html below:

Total number of voters: 41

David Farrar  12   votes 29.27 %
Greg Burton   20  votes 48.78 %
Jefsey Morfin  9 votes 21.95 %
Sotiris Sotiropoulos  15  votes 36.59 %

If there is no objection, let us proceed in this fashion in view of our need
to abide by another tight timeline.  Sotiris has proven himself to be a
strong advocate, and I am sure that we can rely on him to advocate the final
position of the Review WG.
