It follows that we should abolish the Intellectual Property constituency,
since those groups have no contract with ICANN.

I have no difficulty at all constructing an argument that domain holders
and end users must have representation, although it is tricky to define
exactly how that should work.

I've yet to see any argument that comes close to justifying the power
that the Intellectual Property folk have in the current structure, let
alone justifying the excesses of the URDP.
