Subject: [wg-review] GA 2

As a suggestion:

Would it work to use the existing corporate structure to a further
degree?

There would be three classes of stock issued each with corresponding
voting rights.

At large would be one type of stock.
General Assembly would be another type of stock.
And the constituency groups would be another type of stock.

The stock would not be sold but issued in accordance with the membership
provisions as discussed.

Meetings would be held in accordance with the already existing
structure of the law.

When I asked yesterday who owned the corporation I was met with a
resounding silence.

When the risk of lawsuits was spoken it became clear that we could run
this like a corporation.

Ultimately the problem of having those in a situation to contract as a
vendor to the corporation run the corporation is going to have to be
handled in a way that will cause the least damage.
