Thank you Mr. Burton.

It would be reasonable to expect that WG participants here can suggest how to
advance or better the voting process here within the 24 hours delegated to the
matter.

Also, it would be reasonable to expect that participants here may change their
minds concerning how they voted before the close of the 24 hours delegated to the
matter.

We have 24 hours people.  Let's fix this voting problem and set an example that
we can accomplish this.
