Re: [wg-review] Fourth Concern on DNSO Review Report version 1.0

I don't want to be one who always appears negative and against ICANN. However,
the ICANN process appears so blatantly wrong and egregious here.

Why ICANN and its supporting organizations hold any forum process or public
comment period at all is only my guess.

ICANN clearly has shown that it will "move forward" with its preconceived plans
at any cost and regardless of any opinion of the majority of interested parties.
What kind of consensus or process is this from the US?

WE NEED TO MOVE FORWARD!
    WE ARE MOVING FORWARD!
WE NEED TO MOVE FORWARD!
    WE ARE MOVING FORWARD!
    WE ARE MOVING FORWARD!
