7, OUTREACH

I think this should be placed into the outreach basket, and works well with the
current discussion on funding and perception of ICANN as a problem for the GA
and structure of constituencies. Absolutely necessary for ICANN to have a PR
campaign, hopefully with integrity but who is to judge?  Our corporation here
needs some spin masters. At least if it was my job that is how I would approch
it.
