Comments: 
·       I would like to see many more constituencies added. 
·       OK for IDNH, not for constituency 
·       I want a question also put; "If the constituency structure is
retained,
do you support the addition of a constituency for individuals who do not have
domain names?". 
·       Under this senario, I would also favor the addition of a constituency
for individuals (people) 
·       THIS IS IMPERATIVE FOR LIGITIMACY IF WE ARE TO KEEP THE STRUCTURE
