[wg-review] RE: [CONSENSUS] IS A LOADED TERM... / IDNH

I wish to submit the following result from the poll "Domain Name Definition" conducted with the *silent* consent of all participants of the WG-Review, and 
therefore `legally' valid.

As of January, 15, 2000  5:44PM EST, I, Sotiris Sotiropoulos, certify and submit the following result of WG-Review members polled on the question:

"6.  Should DNSO constituencies be retained or abolished altogether?"

The following results are based on the participation of the total of 25 respondents of the poll:

Abolished:    16 Votes = 64.00%
Retained:      3 Votes  = 12.00%
Don't Know:  3 Votes  = 12.00%
Other:            3 Votes  = 12.00%

Considering this result, I move that any recommendations/reports from this WG to the NC (and anyone else) regarding proposed "constituencies" to an 
existing structure (and anyone else) be subject to a MAJORITY decision.
