YJ, a couple of quick questions.

Aside from this paragraph, it was my impression that you are looking for
thoughts, opinions, and ideas with which to create a consensus report to
present to the NC.

Question 1:  Do you wish ideas or are you interested strictly in applied
detail written in technical legalese and four-part harmony?

Question 2:  Do you wish these forms to be sent to the list or to you?
