I am certainly interested in understanding if this means that there will be 
a 6th WG to review the review as soon as Bush's Administration is  seated. 
If so I suppose we should keep quite and start relaxing?

PS. The transfer of the US Domain to NSI is just temporary stated NSI on 
DNSO/GA. Is this just until the USNIC is incorporated?
