Why is this?

Isn't there ANYBODY else out there who's suspicious of _anything_ that's
being rammed through during the last few days of the Clinton era?  And over
a Western holiday season, just like the transfer of the US Domain to Network
Solutions.  Am I the only one that's more than curious about this?  I don't
believe it.
