RE: [wg-d] Working Group Membership



I believe that allowing non-DNSO people on to Working Groups was one of the
major intents of the process.  It allows us to bring in expertise when
necessary.

+Personally, I think the WGs should be open to anyone who wishes to
+participate, regardless of affiliation.  However, that's an upper
+bound on participation.  The lower bound is defined in the bylaws.
