In reply to T Vienneau's question for me the real purpose of the principles is to draw attention to just this sort of possible confusion. So, the answer (as answered by me or any other member of WG C) is not so important. However, if i was to be the interpreter of these principles for this question I would agree with T Vienneau and say .cor is confusingly similar to .com in such a context. Philip
