IODesign has been accepting registrations since 31 July, 1996. There's
nothing to confirm, it's a fact.

Kent, your claims are not accurate, but since they are part of an
active lawsuit, I can't comment on them, as much as I'd like to.
As documents from the lawsuit are created, I invite everyone
to read them (they are public record). Indeed, the judge's
opinion of CORE's argument for dismissal of the case (which
was denied) is very interesting.
