Current Status: A non-final action has been mailed. This is a letter from the
examining attorney requesting additional information and/or making an initial
refusal. However, no final determination
as to the registrability of the mark has been made.

Date of Status: 1999-11-12

Until this status is upgraded, it is the only thing we have to depend on. Do
you have something you can point me to that shows that the status is wrong? Or
do I just have to take your word for that?

The USPTO has indicated that TARR is updated daily at 5am, and includes all
actions current as of the previous day.

If you have access to something showing otherwise, I'd love to see it.
