[wg-c] list etiquette

	Look, folks -- can't we all just get along?  The level of invective on
this list, petty and otherwise, is rising fast.  Rick Wesson has posted a
series of really good questions, and we'd do a lot better to focus on
answering them, rather than just finding new and creative ways to insult
each other.  So chill out, everyone -- we still have the chance to do some
good work here, and insults don't move the process along.
