RE: [wg-c] application documents requirements



I really don't know - creativity is not my strong suit, but I don't want us
restricting others from finding ways to construct alternative competitive
models.

As a registrar, I hope all new gTLDs have a registry/registrar model so that
I can expand the services I offer.
