I don't think so. If you don't like the terms for .biz, buy a .corp or a
.com
or a .shop or a .firm or a .store or...

Again, we're overlooking one fact here - unless you can change the business
model of NSI's registry for .com .net and .org, you cannot mandate that
all new registries must follow a certain model. That is not legal in the
United States (where, it would appear, this is happening for the sake
of the legal issues). As such, this point is moot.
