I have to agree.  2/3 was selected because it was a sizable amount over 50%.
That burden was met, which is already well over a majority, and does not need
to be further qualified.  The required vote tally wasn't "a sizable amount over
2/3" it was simply 2/3.  That this proposal met that burden is sufficient.
