Hi Marilyn,

Exactly.

The admonition here is the Internet is a private
infrastructure, and Internet services are privately
provided services.  Internet coordination bodies -
even private ones - should not be dictating business
models.  Ironically, it's highly unlikely that even
Federal regulatory agencies would do so.  Even heading
down that path can have spillover events - even in the
unlikely event it would pass judicial muster.

We may be in strong agreement here.
