[wg-c] Things wg-c can do next

1. define the new gTLD candidate evaluation mechanism

This mechanism yeilds 6-10 new gTLD recommendations, together
with specific guidence for the eventual approval body, on the
questions of necessity, utility, operational character, and
        evaluation and renewal dates,

if the candidate gTLD has a charter, sponsor, policy or scope,
then the mechanism additionally yeilds recommendations to the
eventual approval body in this area,

and provide a guide to the subsequent evaluation

2. define the registry candidate evaluation mechanism

This mechanism yeilds, for each new gTLD recommendation, the
recommendation to the eventual approval body of party(s) to
        operate the registry,

and provide a guide to the subsequent evaluation

3. define the registrar candidate evaluation mechanism

This mechanism yeilds, for each new gTLD and registry operator
recommendation and delegation, the recommendation to the eventual
approval body of party(s) to operate as registrars,

and provide a guide to subsequent evaluation, if any

v. The non-profit vs for-profit issue
w. The for-profit conversion issue
x. The abandonment issue
