[wg-c] Current list of chair candidates?

Since several people have withdrawn, or refused their
nominations, could we please have a current list of
co-chair candidates from the chair, along with an
explanation of the mechanisms to be used in the vote
for this co-chair, and the name of the individual
who will be overseeing the vote?
