You're kidding, right?

$20,000+ to join CORE (and be one of many, all in competition via CORE's
SRS),
or become a registrar yourself for the $10,000 licensing fee.

Doesn't really seem like such a tough choice to me.

Face it, once CORE lost the chance to own the root, as the IAHC originally
intended, its business model was shot to hell. Best of luck, guys.
