As I understand it Team New Zealand's claim over the Americas Cup Trademark
is far from solid.  
Yes, they have won the Cup and can keep it as long as they can fence off
all Challengers, but have they also won an unassailable  trademark?

Will the next winning team not also try to get a shot at the TM?  

Quokka would love to own americascup.com forever without actually having to
sail for it.
There is no question that it is worth a lot more than americascup.org, but
is it fair that this new law is abused to  the prise it out of the hands of
the earlier registrant?

The big question: can one winning team corner the Famous Name forever?
