actually they're an argument for registering every common word in all the 
dictionaries and every common name from every country in the world in the 
hypothetical "watch" system, with a notification to the registrant saying 
"you've got this domain, but that doesn't mean you can block similar 
domains from being registered, because you're using a common word"......
